This app is built only for Aditi Agro Center. It helps you see what your salesmen do in the field, every day.
Each salesman starts the day with a selfie. Then he records every customer visit with a photo, name, village, mobile number and GPS. You see every visit in a daily visit list. Higher plans add reminders, customer history, tractor databases and live maps.

- Salesmen post GPS Map Camera photos in a WhatsApp group.
- Name and mobile number come as separate messages. Nothing links the photo to the customer.
- Photos are posted hours later. For example, a photo stamped 1:37 PM is posted at 6:50 PM. You cannot check a visit as it happens.
- No follow-up reminders.

💡 The phased path costs ₹29,999 + ₹25,000 + ₹45,000 = ₹99,999 in total, plus the monthly fee of each phase. Your data and users carry forward at each upgrade, with no reinstall. The monthly fee changes to the new plan from the upgrade date.

Technology & Your Data
How It Is Built
- Android app.
- Secure cloud database server.
- The free cloud plan is enough to start. If you outgrow it, the extra plan fee is billed at actual cost.
- Photos and voice notes are saved in a Google Drive account we create for you. It comes with 15 GB of free space.
- If you need more than 15 GB, extra storage is billed at actual cost.
- The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance and support.
Your Data Is Yours
- Every night, a copy of your records is saved to a Google Sheet in your Drive. Photos and voice notes stay in your Drive.
- Full data export within 30 days of your request, in CSV/Excel with photo and voice note links.
- You can see and use your data at any time.
Payment Terms
Setup Fee
- 75% advance to begin development
- 25% balance on delivery
- Pay by bank transfer or UPI
- The timeline starts after the advance and your details are received (user list, logo, customer and tractor data, categories). Delays in details, scope changes or third-party services can move the date.
- Annual plan: pay 10 months, get 12. It applies to the monthly fee only, not the setup fee.

- Covers hosting, maintenance, support and small text updates

Terms & Conditions
This app is made for Aditi Agro Center.
UV Forge owns the app code and design.
Photos and voice notes sit in a Google Drive account created for you, with 15 GB of free space. You own your data.
The cloud database and Google are third-party services. UV Forge is not liable for their downtime or changes. Changes that need app updates may cost extra.
Data syncs when the internet is available. Reports may not be real-time.
On cancellation, access ends at the end of the paid month. You can export all your data within 30 days.
The free Google Drive space is 15 GB. Storage beyond 15 GB, or beyond the free limits of other services, is billed at actual cost.
The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, support and small text changes. It does not cover new features or screens.
Anything not listed in this proposal is extra scope. It may cost more and take more time.
Live location is tracked only during working hours (Enterprise). Please tell your salesmen. Remove a salesman’s access when they leave.
Up to 2 rounds of small changes are included after delivery, such as changing a label, a field name or a report column.
The app needs Android 8.0 or above. Very old phones may not work well.
Please arrange all users for a 2-day test before go-live. We fix the agreed defects and you sign off. The 25% balance is paid on delivery.

Referral benefit: 6 months free monthly fee after the referred client pays the setup fee in full. It applies to the monthly fee only. No cash alternative.
This proposal is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices may change after that.
